Specialized in the management of copyright and the protection of commercial relationships between artists, collectors, museums, galleries, and auction houses.

Giorgia Colombo

Lawyer of the Milan’s Court, she deals with civil law, both judicial and extrajudicial, private contracts, civil liability, condominium, and real estate law. Her passion for art and collecting then led her to specialize in art law, with a consequent particular dedication to controversies in the artistic and authorial fields.

Artistic critic and historian

Francesco Gallo Mazzeo

Lecturer, Critic, and Art Historian.
Scholar of the poetic complexity and inventive languages ​​of modernity. Author of critical monographs such as: “Metaphor and structure of the fantastic”, “Artes”, “Incanto”, “Lucida Follia”.
Of theoretical writings such as: “Between ethics and aesthetics and 2015”, “Querelle Moda”, “Piani”, of aesthetic-poetic writings such as: “Donna Franca Florio”, “Idola”.
Scholar of the “Italian Twentieth Century” with monographs on Sironi, Martini, Oppi, The Roman school, Fausto Pirandello, Picasso, Andy Warhol and Rotella, on the drawing by Renato Guttuso, on the painting by Remo Brindisi, Paolo Baratella, Achille Pace, on the graphics by Piero Guccione, on the sculpture by Giuseppe Mazzullo, Augusto Perez, Carmelo Cappello and on the photography by Mulas, Cerati, Scianna; texts on Emilio Vedova, Giulio Turcato, Toti Scialoya, Bice Lazzari, Alberto Burri, Giosetta Fioroni, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Francesco Clemente, Enzo Esposito, Arcangelo.

Restorer

Chiara Canevara

Since 2020 she is the owner of an individual firm for the conservation and restoration of works of art, in possession of the qualification of Restorer of Cultural Heritage (according to and as a result of the former art.182 of Legislative Decree 22 January 2004 n.42 and subsequent amendments) and included in the relative professional list certified by MIBact in the following areas of competence: 1,2,3,4.
From 2001 to 2019 she was the owner, managing partner of the restoration firm Conservart snc. In 1998 she acquired the diploma of restorer with professional specialization for the restoration of ancient paintings on canvas at the E.N.A.I.P. Lombardia, Regional School for the Enhancement of Artistic and Cultural Heritage of Botticino (BS).
In 1997 she obtained the two-year post-diploma qualification of Technical Operator for restoration at the E.N.A.I.P. Lombardy.

The work experience acquired after twenty years of work and updating has led to intervention in multiple areas of application with various clients (Public and Private Institutions, Ecclesiastical Bodies, professionals in the sector …) starting from the study and design of interventions up to their effective execution, managing efficient relations with the bodies responsible for the protection of Cultural Heritage (Superintendencies).

Restorer

Silvia Tansini

Since 2020 owner of an individual firm for the conservation and restoration of works of art, in possession of the qualification of restorer of Cultural Heritage (according to and as a result of the former art.182 of Legislative Decree no. relative professional list certified by Mibact in the following areas of competence:

2 (PFP1): decorated surfaces of the architecture
3 (PFP2): artifacts painted on a wooden and textile support
5 (PFP2): manufactured, assembled, and / or painted synthetic materials
9 (PFP5): book and archival material and paper artifacts
10 (PFP5): photographic, cinematographic, and digital material

From 2004 to 2019 she collaborated with professionals and restoration companies, expanding and consolidating management and professional autonomy, constantly updated with new techniques, materials, and areas of application.
Graduated in 2004 with a grade of 110/110 at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in the course of Restoration for Contemporary Art (II level Academic Title equivalent to LMR / 02 Class LM-89 History of Art), she works from over 16 years to the recovery and conservation of movable and immovable cultural heritage.

Personal Chef

Martina Tenz

Chef with 10 years of experience in the sector. Based in Lodi (Milan) but carries out its business everywhere in Northern Italy and abroad.

Specialized in Finger Food (completing professional certificates with the Italian Federation of Chefs together with chef Gianluca Tomasi) she worked for Marco Pierre White (1 Michelin star), was event sous chef for the Tate Britain and Tate Modern museums in London, gained experience in important Catering in Italy, Germany, (Zerobriciole, The Ritz Carlton, Gastico Berlin), Spain as a freelance chef and as a last experience she was sous chef for events at the 5 * Pillows Grand Hotel Reylof in Gent, under the management of the chef starred Ron Blaauw.
She then decided to return home and embark on the path as a Chef at home, for private events and collaborator for companies such as Food Designer via Instagram and Facebook.

Her education, however, has artistic and Design bases: in fact, she studied at the Liceo Artistico A.Volta in Pavia with a specialization in architecture and interiors and at the IED (European Institute of Design) in Turin with a specialization in Industrial Design.
In her dishes, she takes inspiration a little from everything that surrounds her: from nature to music, from people to emotions, from Design to the paintings of her favorite artists.
As a Food Designer, she has studied and continues to study and observe, through Instagram, famous chefs to be able to take ideas in the care of the dish and details, also following courses on the Gronda platform to expand her knowledge of her. In the services that she offers to clients as a home chef, she is always looking for the “wow” effect, she desires to leave a memory of a culinary experience in the people who try her cuisine.
